Ingredients
- Walnuts (akhrot) – 8 nos.
- Fresh coriander leaves – 1 cup
- Garlic leaves – 3 (whole strings)
- Green chilies – 2 or as per your taste
- Green Tomato – 1 (small)
- Curd – 1 tablespoon
- Mustard oil – 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Water, as needed
Methods
- In a food processor, combine walnuts, garlic white part, green chilies, tomato, ginger and a pinch of salt.
- Blend the ingredients until you get a coarse paste. Now add coriander leaves, oil and curd. Add a bit of water if it’s hard to blend smoothly.
- The consistency can be adjusted according to your preference. Taste the chutney and adjust the salt according to your liking.
- Server with Pakoda and stuffed paratha.
