Ingredients
- Coriander Leaves – 200 grams
- Green Tomatoes – 2
- Garlic – 5 Cloves
- Green Chili – 3 or as per your taste
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 1 teaspoon
Method
Blend the Ingredients
- In your blender, mix fresh coriander leaves, tomatoes, garlic, green chilies, and salt until you have a smooth paste. This flavorful blend forms the heart of our Dhaniya Tamatar Chutney.
Sauté the Paste
- Heat oil in a pan and add the coriander-tomato paste. Sauté for 2 minutes to rid it of any raw tomato scent, enhancing its overall flavour.
Cool and Store
- Once sautéed, let the paste cool and then transfer it into a clean, airtight jar. Pop it in the fridge to keep it fresh and flavourful for longer.
Serve and Enjoy
This versatile chutney is perfect with crispy pakoras or as a side to your favorite Indian dishes. Its tangy kick adds an extra dimension to every bite.
