So how to make the Dahi Pudina Chutney?
Ingredients for Dahi Pudina Chutney
- Curd (Dahi) – 125 gms
- Green Chilies (Hari Mirch) – 3
- Fresh Mint Leaves (Pudina Leaves) – 1 tbsp
- Amchoor- 1 tbsp
- Salt (Namak) to taste
Method of making Dahi Pudina Chutney
- Beat the curd, grind green chilies and mint leaves finely.
- Mix in the curd, amchoor and add salt.
Serve with fried dishes or biryani or rice.
