1)- In a mixture, blend together green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, curd, lemon juice, oil and salt to a smooth paste.

2)- Serve with barbecued fish, Pakoras and grilled chicken.

  • Coriander leaves – 100 gm chopped
  • Mint leaves – 50 gm chopped
  • Green chilies – 5 chopped or as per your taste
  • Curd – 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 kali
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
