Homemade Eggless Bread loaf

Ahh…. Finally, today I made eggless bread. I remembered 7 years back Ritesh told me he likes bakery item and I had tried so many times to made bread but did not success.  Successfully today I made eggless bread.

So, this recipe had lots of experience in my kitchen and at the end I got best result. Here I am sharing extremely easy to make a bread loaf.

Ingredients

All-purpose flour – 400 grams

Lukewarm water – 1 ¼ cups

Instant yeast – 2 ½ teaspoons

Sugar – ¼ cup

White oil – ¼ cup

Milk powder – ¼ cup

Salt – 1 ¼ teaspoon

Method

In a big bowl add flour, salt, milk powder, yeast, and sugar. Mix well.

Adding some lukewarm water and make a soft and sticky dough (Do not add all the water at once) and leave it

Turn onto oil surface and knead the dough until becomes stretchable and does not break.

Now collect the dough and make a ball. Placed the dough in a lightly greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap or clean towel. Grease the dough with some oil.

Keep in warm place for 40 minutes and let it rise until it has doubled in size.

Punch it down gently. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and spread the dough into a rectangular shape according to the pan size.

Roll up tightly like cylinder. Pinch the ends. Place the dough in greased pan and cover with a cloth. Let it rise for 40 minutes at room temperature.

Grease the loaf with mixture of milk and butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree for first 10 minute. After 10 minutes bake for another 25 minutes at 180 degree.

 Remove the bread from oven and brush the bread loaf with melted butter. Allow to cool at least 20 minutes.

Demold and allow to cool.  Cut the bread loaf in slices.
