Ingredients
- Chicken – 450gms
- Onion – 1 big (Sliced)
- Black cardamom – 2
- Green cardamom – 4
- Cloves – 4
- Dry red chili – 1
- Cinnamon stick – 1/2 inch
- Green Chilies – 6-7
- Garlic clove – 4
- Crushed Black Pepper – 3 tablespoons
- Ginger – 1 tablespoon (julienne)
- Capsicum – 1/2 (julienne)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Clean and properly wash chicken. (If you use boneless chicken than cut the chicken into one inch cubes and don’t boil.) cut the chicken.
- Heat oil in a heavy-bottom pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add whole spices and saute for 4-5 seconds.
- Add sliced onion and cook for five minutes, after five minutes add chopped garlic and cook for 5 minutes and then add green chilies nd mix well.
- Cooked until they turn translucent. Add chicken pieces ginger julienn and salt and mix well.
- Add crushed black pepper and mix well and cook for a minute to allow the spices to release their flavors. Add capsicum julienn and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Turn off gas and garnished with ginger and capsicum juliennes. Serve with Roti, naan and Paratha.
