Method

1. Heat ghee in a frying pan. Keep flame to a low. Add coconut and roast the coconut on a low flame for 6 minutes. Don’t brown them.

2 Add milk and sugar. Mix well.

3. Keep stirring till the mixture starts to thicken Continue to cook on medium flame stirring continuously. After 10 minutes add cardamom powder. Stir continuously on medium heat till the mixture become little dry.

4. Coconut mixture consistency will be thick and crumbly. Turn off the heat.

  1. Pour the mixture on the plate and let it cool a little.
  2. Grease your palm with a little clarified butter, take a little of the mixture into your palm and shape into round ball.

7. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.

Serving

Cool and serve.
