Ingredients
Eggs – 2
Milk – 2 teaspoons
Parmesan cheese – 1 tablespoon
Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Salt to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Separate the egg yolk from the whites. Placing the egg whites in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Add salt, black pepper and parmesan cheese and mix well by cut and fold method.
Create 2 mounds of egg whites on the parchment paper. Bake 3 minutes or until slightly golden.
Remove egg whites from the oven and place one yolk in the center of each mounds and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake until the yolks are just set or about 3 minutes more.
Serve immediately.
