Ingredients
Eggs - 2
Small onion
finely chopped - 1
Green chili
finely chopped – 1-2 or as per your taste
Small tomato
chopped - 1 tablespoon
Milk - 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon
Optional
Salt to taste
Green peas – 1 tablespoon
Green capsicum - 1 tablespoon
Oil for fry – 2 tablespoons
Instructions
Crack the eggs to a large bowl and Beat the eggs with milk until foamed.
Add onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander, salt and peas. Mix well.
Heat oil in a frying pan on medium flame and pour the mixture. Move the pan around to spread them out evenly
Cook over low heat till mixture is firm and flip it and fry the other side.
serve hot with french fries or sausage.
